Swift Panda Supply provides China sourcing services including factory sourcing, quality control, OEM/ODM design support, packaging, negotiation, and logistics coordination. All services are subject to individual agreements between Swift Panda Supply and the client.
While we work to find the best suppliers and ensure quality, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Manufacturing involves variables beyond our control. We commit to transparency and best-effort service at every step.
Payment terms are agreed upon on a per-project basis. All fees and costs will be communicated clearly before any commitment is made.
Any product designs, specifications, or proprietary information you share with us remains your intellectual property. We do not share your designs or business details with third parties without your explicit consent.
Swift Panda Supply acts as a sourcing and project management partner. We are not the manufacturer. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services. We are not liable for manufacturing defects, shipping delays, or customs issues beyond our reasonable control.
Either party may terminate the business relationship with written notice. Any outstanding obligations at the time of termination remain valid.
